The traditional Chinese medicine slice belt dryer is composed of a feeding system, a fabric distribution system, an air inlet filtration system, a heating and cooling system, a host, a transmission system, a bypass filtration system, a discharge system, an exhaust and dehumidification system, and a control system. During work, the material is fed from the feeding system to the fabric distribution system and added to the belt dryer. The material meets the throughflow hot air and cold air passing through the mesh belt for heat and mass transfer. The hot air is recycled to reduce energy consumption. After reaching a certain humidity, some of the moisture is forcibly removed, and the material is dried and cooled.

1. The temperature of the hot air inlet is displayed and controlled through a ratio control valve, thereby controlling the inlet temperature within the set range.

3. The frequency conversion of the transmission motor, mixing motor, and dehumidification fan is adjustable.

4. The bottom layer of the belt conveyor mesh belt is made into an inclined surface for material collection and cleaning.

6. Install an ultrasonic level detector on the mixing silo to ensure a reasonable level of material, which is linked with the front conveyor line to make the production line smoother.

7. The doors on each part of the box are well insulated, sealed, and easy to open and close.

8. There are cleaning and maintenance doors on both sides of each unit, which can directly flush the interior of the equipment.
