Flash dryer is a commonly used drying machine in industry, with good performance, high professionalism, and relatively high maintenance costs. Therefore, taking measures to prevent common problems can save maintenance costs and extend the service life of the machine. Material blockage in flash dryers is a common problem.

1. Choose the appropriate filter. It is necessary to choose a suitable filter during the drying process based on the characteristics of the material. A filter is a filtration system that filters impurities in a material. The selection of filters should be applicable to the inlet and outlet of the flash dryer.

2. Install the monitoring system. Install cameras and other facilities on the equipment, timely transmit the drying status to the monitoring machine in the control room, so that operators can grasp the drying status in a timely manner, discover faults in a timely manner, and promptly handle problems.

3. Use a pneumatic or composite flash dryer. The flash dryer has dual functions of an airflow flash dryer and a pressure flash dryer. When the pressure of the high-pressure pump cannot reach the drying pressure, dry it with compressed air, and the compressed gas stops when the high-pressure pump is running normally.

4. Vibration treatment. Some flash dryers have a special structure that can clean the inside of the equipment after drying and cool it to normal temperature. The blocked raw materials are subjected to vibration treatment.

5. The inner wall of the cyclone dust collector is coking. The drying material of the dryer is aqueous powder, which can easily block the drying flash equipment. Easy to block, high viscosity, coking indicating low melting point and impurities. It is recommended to identify problems from the source of the process, especially the quality of raw materials and the reaction stage.
