碳酸氢钙是一种无机酸式盐。易溶于水，化学式Ca(HCO3)2，相对分子质量162.06，碳酸钙溶于二氧化碳水溶液而成碳酸氢钙。碳酸氢钙只存在溶液中；将碳酸氢钙溶液蒸发则得到碳酸钙固体。
很多食物药物都含碳酸氢钙，在体内生成碳酸钙，婴幼儿食品，营养强化剂。
